Due to the death of Richard A. Ulrich, this auction will include a very large L-shaped train layout, approximately 30’ x 20’ with complete industrial sites, villages, tunnels, round house, scale model vehicles and people, located in the basement of the condo which we are also selling. There are several track layouts with 0/027 gauge track. There are hundreds of engines, cars, (most with original boxes) plus complete train sets shown on the layout and mounted on wall track, many selling as engines with tender and lots of individual cars. These makes include Lionel, K-Line, Williams, MTH, RailKing, Industrial Rail to name a few. Auction will include RR memorabilia, RR lanterns, & RR tins and artwork.

Richard was a TCA (Train Club of America) member, and was also a past president of the Western Reserve Modular Railroad club.
